We make a lot a seasonal beers. For the 2012 holidays, we brewed the Belgian Red, the slightly more potent stepbrother of the Belgian White. It should be out soon. We also brew Miracle Worker Tripel for warmer weather, 1819 Dubbel for winter, Saison De Détente comes out each summer, the Frankenhammer in October. The list goes on. Love of good beer brought us here, and we continue experimenting. The latest is the Belgian quad, our contribution to the Liberation series with friends at Straight to Ale and Blue Pants to celebrate the change in Alabama law allowing bigger bottles.
